Most working adults struggle to overcome the many obstacles associated with obtaining their college degree. Achieve acts as a counselor, advocate, and partner, helping students achieve their degree in less time, with less effort, and for less money by utilizing an alternative path to earning college credit known as the credit-by-examination process. Achieve helps students bypass all of the busywork associated with taking certain college courses the traditional way by instead passing just one test-out exam. While our credit-by-examination programs can shorten the path to any degree at virtually any college, the field where we have the most significant impact is the nursing profession.

At Achieve Test Prep, we’re on a mission to prepare non-traditional learners to pass exams for higher education and career advancement. We’re not just in the elearning business. You will be part of and work directly with the leadership team to lead all talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles, building strong talent pipelines.
* Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements.
* Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention.
* Monitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work.
* Implement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values.
* Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.
**Who You Are**
* 5–8+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition for a small to mid-size organization.
* Skilled at sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
* Experienced in shaping culture and employee engagement programs.
* Strong communicator, collaborator, and influencer.
* Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
* Passionate about learning and helping people grow.
* Experience with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.

* Type: Full-Time
* Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (New York) business day.
