Residence Assistant Director– Residential Setting - Full-Time (40 hours per week) – $50,000

What You Need to Apply:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field
Supervisory experience
Residential experience preferred
Knowledge of community resources and agencies
Valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards
Position Overview:
As a Residence Assistant Director, you will assist in the management of daily operations for four A+ Group Homes. Your role includes providing supervision and education to staff, ensuring program operations align with the agency's mission and regulatory guidance. You will participate in clinical reviews, recovery planning, and ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in quality improvement monitoring, staff training, and managing risk and safety within the residences. The Residence Assistant Director will also be available for on-call coverage as needed and may be required to step in and assist at residences during emergency situations. You will advocate for the residents, collaborate with treatment providers, and develop activities that support their community integration. In addition, you will create treatment interventions aimed at helping residents meet their recovery goals.
What Does This Position Look Like?
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of A+ Group Homes, working to ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the needs of residents. You will be responsible for supervising staff and assisting in training, monitoring the quality of services provided, and developing plans that support both residents' recovery and their integration into the community. Your role also includes being available for emergency situations, offering coverage when necessary, and advocating for residents' rights and well-being. You will collaborate closely with other treatment providers and help create activities that foster social and community connections for residents, all while supporting them in achieving their recovery goals.
Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.
