What You'll Do: 

• Provide nursing oversight that supports resident wellness, safety, and quality of life
• Monitor residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional health and flag changes early
• Keep documentation accurate and current for care coordination and compliance
• Take part in resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness reviews
• Partner with residents, families, providers, and the care team on resident outcomes
• Serve as a clinical resource for the rest of the team

Schedule
Nights, 10:45pm–7:15am, 5 days a week, with every-other-weekend rotation.

What You'll Need: 

Required:

• Current, active New Jersey RN license
• CPR certification
• 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care
