Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $22/hour

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (TRAINEE)

SUMMARY:

Seeking an Engineering Technician (Trainee) to support its engineering and characterization operations. This hands-on trainee role is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field who are eager to grow into a technician or junior engineering position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support lab standardization, equipment qualification, and documentation
• Monitor tool performance and schedule preventive maintenance
• Operate systems such as System 28/G4 and maintain related logs
• Make and manage chemical solutions used for etching or polaron
• Track chemical inventory and assist with ordering
• Collaborate with engineers on process improvements and lab protocol changes
• Communicate professionally with outside vendors and internal stakeholders
• Record gas consumption and generate operational documents (SOPs, updates)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical Engineering, Materials Science)
• No prior experience needed, but mechanical aptitude is essential
• Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred
