School of Rock Randolph is looking for a passionate and talented Piano/Keys Instructor to inspire the next generation of musicians and performers! This is an exciting opportunity to share your love of music in a dynamic, performance-driven environment where students truly rock. We are committed to positive culture, which translates to our staff as well. If you live and breathe music and love helping others find their voice, we want to hear from you! Preferred applicant age is 20 years and older, must be willing to work Saturdays Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one piano/keys instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with each student's musical goals and abilities
- Prepare students for live stage shows
- Teach proper piano/keys technique and stage presence
- Collaborate with other instructors and music directors to support ensemble rehearsals
- Track student progress and communicate updates with parents and staff
- Maintain a fun, encouraging, and structured learning environment
- Proficiency in piano/keys with a strong foundation in music theory and technique
- Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred
- Ability to teach students of all ages, beginners to advanced levels preferred
- Familiarity with a wide range of musical genres including rock, pop, and classic hits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about music education
- Experience performing live is a plus
