Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is for a Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary and preschool-aged children in a school setting in Woodbridge, NJ. The role involves providing speech and language services to students ranging from Pre-K through elementary grades, with a specific focus on pre-school disabled and autism populations. This is a leave coverage assignment running from September 2 to December 10, requiring approximately 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic services tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support a diverse caseload including pre-school disabled and autism spectrum disorder students.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and therapy goals.

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, school, or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with services for students with disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.

Location: Woodbridge, NJ Assignment in a public elementary school.
