Job Title: Sitecore Architect / Lead Sitecore

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and at least 7 years of recent hands‑on Sitecore expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture, headless implementations, SXA, Helix, and Azure deployments , along with strong front‑end development skills in React.js, Next.js, and microservices . This is a hands‑on role requiring both architectural leadership and active development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Sitecore solutions in line with best practices and enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Lead discussions with customer architects on Sitecore architecture and solutioning.

• Guide and mentor development teams, review work for adherence to Sitecore best practices (Helix, SXA).

• Perform hands‑on development when required, including troubleshooting production issues and resolving within SLAs.

• Drive Sitecore upgrades, integrations, and customizations.

• Ensure smooth deployments on Azure and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation.

• Leverage Sitecore Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools for insights.

• Provide thought leadership, solution design, and technical direction for Sitecore implementation programs.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in Sitecore .

• 2+ years of recent hands‑on experience in Sitecore headless architecture .

• 1+ years of recent hands‑on experience with Sitecore 10.x .

• Certified on Sitecore 10, XM Cloud, or Sitecore AI CMS developer .

• Preferably recognized as a Sitecore MVP in recent years.

• Expertise in Sitecore architecture, SXA, Helix, search solutions, upgrades, and Azure deployments .

• Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for headless implementations.

• Experience with microservices and platform‑agnostic cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Vercel for front‑end deployments.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerization .

• Familiarity with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Analytics, and Google Analytics .
