Regional Sales Executive - C entral NJ -
Territory: NJ/NYC/upstate NY territory
A Regional Sales Executive is responsible for new business development and account management within a designated region. This role includes closing new accounts, managing existing clients, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Strong consulting, sales, and presentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and meet sales targets.
- 70% new business development/30% account management.
- Deliver high-impact presentations to individuals and groups
- Consult with clients to optimize fleet processes and reduce costs
- Identify and close opportunities for additional services
- Own and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service
Consulting & Analysis
- Analyze fleet data to recommend cost-effective solutions
- Assist clients in vehicle selection and fleet management strategies
- Work with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs
- Stay updated on finance, capital markets, and industry trends
Technology & Communication
- Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools for data tracking and reporting
- Conduct web-based training and client demonstrations
- Write clear and effective follow-ups, business memos, and reports
Travel & Meetings
- Travel 50-75% for client meetings, trade shows, and company events
- Prepare documentation and agendas for client visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s a plus)
- 5-10 years of experience in fleet industry and sales
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

- $75-90k Base Salary - OTE $155k
