This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in market access communicationswho can synthesize complex economic, clinical, and societal insights into persuasive, compliant narratives for payers, HCPs, and healthcare decision-makers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape value-driven materials that directly support coverage, reimbursement, and channel strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy-to-execution development of high-impact content across market access, payer, hospital system, and channel distribution audiences.
  • Guide the creation of value proposition narratives, PIE decks, reimbursement tools, formulary kits, and pharmacy pull-through resources.
  • Collaborate with strategic, medical, and client teams to align messaging with real-world evidence, HEOR, and brand access goals.
  • Serve as a content lead in brand planning workshops and internal creative strategy sessions.
  • Translate clinical, economic, and access data into compelling stories that resonate with payers, health systems, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Navigate MLR review processes using platforms like Veeva PromoMats with a clear understanding of compliance standards (ISI, fair balance, FDA promotional review).

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong communicator and active listener who can translate client needs into smart, actionable plans while maintaining a collaborative, positive, solutions-first mindset under pressure. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to lead conversations with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Executional Excellence: For multiple projects with competing priorities, ensure cohesive creative strategy, execution, consistency, and quality across all creative outputs within an account, while adhering to brand standards and editorial style guides.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent project and time management skills, and clear understanding of the medical/legal/regulatory environment and communications review process.
  • Proficiency with Veeva/Veeva PromoMats and experience navigating the Promotional Review process and MLR teams.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field (science, communications, marketing) preferred.

Technical & Computer Skills:

  • Expertise working in an Apple/Macintosh computer environment, as well as Apple software.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).
  • Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet, and Gmail).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop). Illustrator is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Veeva CRM and PromoMats.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Filemaker) is a plus.
