**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
+ Observe and report any security-related incidents or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
+ Collaborate with campus personnel and/or first responders to support emergency response efforts when necessary.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrol activities and incidents according to site protocols.
+ Assist visitors, faculty, and students with directions and information while monitoring for any security-related concerns.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
