**About the Role**

****We are seeking a highly autonomous, agentic, and deeply tech-savvy Project Manager to lead dynamic internal initiatives. In this role, you won't just track tasks; you will own outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the deployment of advanced automation and workflow optimizations that scale our business operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a natural instinct to take immediate initiative without waiting for direction, uncovers problems before they happen, and figures out the "how" independently.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal marketing and operational projects.
* Own project outcomes, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and achieve business objectives.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement automation, AI, and workflow improvements.
* Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Leadership teams.
* Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources.
* Anticipate roadblocks and proactively develop solutions before issues escalate.
* Maintain clear project documentation, SOPs, reporting, and project visibility.
* Support the implementation of new systems, platforms, and process improvements.
* Track project performance and drive continuous improvement through data and insights.

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

* 3+ years of project management/marketing experience, preferably in a remote environment.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, AI, and automation tools.
* Genuine passion for AI, emerging technologies, and process optimization.
* Agentic mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused.
* Marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management experience is a plus.
* Experience with project management, CRM, automation, and collaboration tools is a plus.
