URGENTLY HIRING CLEAN ROOM OPERATORS FOR A LEADING PRODUCTION FACILITY!

Job Description

As a Packaging Operator, you will operate vial filling machines, fabrication machines, and secondary packaging equipment, including labels and semi-automatic packaging machinery. You will be responsible for cleaning and setting up manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring all calibration stickers are up to date, and accurately recording documentation in logbooks and batch records. You will also be tasked with palletizing completed work for warehouse transport and maintaining accurate downtime logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate vial filling machines and secondary packaging equipment.
• Clean and set up manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Ensure current calibration stickers are applied.
• Record necessary documentation in logbooks and batch records.
• Palletize completed work and transport it to the warehouse as necessary.
• Complete downtime logs accurately.
• Meet established scrap rate goals.
• Communicate with IPC Operators and team members on quality, components, and machine performance.
• Ensure that all reconciled labeling such as pouch stock, inserts, shipper labels, and waste is properly accounted for.
• Communicate mechanical issues and production information with incoming and outgoing shifts.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 3rd shift from 10:15 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Initial training will occur during the shift you are hired for, with the exception of the first day of GMP/Safety Training, which will take place from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM. The work setting includes cleanroom conditions, and proper gowning for manufacturing is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Caldwell,NJ.
