GMP Dispensary & ISO 8 Materials Operations Specialist

A day in the cleanroom

You badge in, gown up, and step into the ISO 8 dispensary. Your first sweep confirms Kanban bin accuracy, checks kitted orders for FEFO/FIFO consumption, and verifies inventory alignment in SAP/MES. Throughout the shift, you coordinate incoming materials, maintain strict segregation of GMP and non-GMP items (including LN2-stored materials), and keep support areas audit-ready. When equipment needs cleaning or preventive maintenance, you follow the SOPs to the letter. Any compliance or safety concern gets documented and resolved in partnership with the team. Before you de-gown, you complete cycle counts and close out your batch records and transactions so everything is first-time-right.

What you'll own

• End-to-end dispensary and ISO 8 area support: kitting, material flow, and inventory control
• Accurate SAP/MES transactions and timely LIMS usage to support manufacturing
• Equipment cleaning and basic maintenance in accordance with approved SOPs
• Receiving, storage, and processing of materials with proper segregation and labeling
• Oversight of Kanban accuracy; consumption aligned to FEFO/FIFO
• Proactive management of kitting requests; removal/replacement of expired kit components
• Readiness of gowning supplies and non-BOM items to keep operations moving
• GMP and non-GMP inventory integrity, including LN2 storage monitoring
• Participation in cycle counts and contribution to site projects and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a cGMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clear communicator with strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working independently while collaborating across operations and quality
• Ability to handle chemicals (including corrosives and biohazardous materials) safely
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
