on call for cleanings

Sales & Business Growth
Cold calling potential clients
Visiting local businesses & introducing our services
Building relationships with commercial clients
Finding partnership opportunities with other companies
Bringing creative marketing ideas
Attending vendor/community events
Helping bring in new clients Recruiting & Team Building
Finding amazing new cleaners
Pre-screening applicants
Scheduling interviews
Helping with onboarding paperwork
Coordinating training schedules Admin & Customer Support
Answering calls/emails
Assisting with bookings
Following up with clients after cleanings
Checking in with cleaners
Helping collect customer reviews
Supporting daily business operations Pay:
$16/hour training
$20/ hour after 6 months
- Sales incentives for new business brought in without paid advertising
Remote with some local in-person opportunities
Must be reliable, organized & comfortable talking to people
