Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveOperations Coordinatorto join our dynamic team. This position will play a critical role in supporting daily business functions acrossAccounting,Human Resources, andSalesforce CRM operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear path forgrowth within the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking and data entry
• Reconcile transactions and prepare basic reports
• Support monthly close and audit preparation
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

HR Support

• Help ensuring completion of documentation and system updates
• Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration
• Support internal HR communications and compliance tracking

Salesforce & Data Management

• Enter and update customer and sales data into Salesforce CRM
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Generate and maintain reports for internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role (internships included)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools are a nice to have, not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Desire to grow within the accounting and operations field
