What You Will Learn:
The Manager of Benefits & Fleet is a dual-impact role responsible for oversight of select L’Oréal Health & Welfare programs along with the end-to-end management of the corporate Fleet program. This individual is a dot-connector who leverages data to identify trends, shape future programming, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eye for detail, capable of navigating complex plan documents while simultaneously directing fleet safety and policy initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Fleet Program
- Own and manage the company-wide fleet program, providing oversight and direction for all ongoing fleet processes, including vendor management and policy design.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, communicate, and enforce fleet policies to minimize risk and ensure driver compliance.
- Evaluate the fleet program regularly to identify opportunities for sustainability in alignment with L’Oréal USA goals and objectives, cost-savings, and improved driver experience.
Health & Welfare Planning & Compliance
- Support optimization of select health & welfare programs, including compliance oversight, managing mandatory plan filings and proactively monitoring legislative changes impacting health & welfare plans (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA).
- Maintain accurate records of plan documents and amendments.
- Facilitate the execution of health and welfare events, oversee the timely update of plan communications as needed.
Data, Insights & Storytelling
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage large data sets and perform census development.
- Analyze data to identify insights, gaps, and opportunities (e.g., cost savings, engagement, vendor performance), moving beyond reporting to identify the why by the data.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key partner to the BEST (HR Shared Services) team, ensuring seamless hand-offs between strategy and daily administration.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Experience stakeholders on key initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in Benefits.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines.
- Understanding of health & welfare programs and compliance related items.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range : $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
