We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to key administrative processes while supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
• Manage the renewal process for approximately 300 lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the execution of renewal agreements, including obtaining digital signatures from executives.
• Submit and process documents through DocuSign for customers and vendors.
• Record detailed minutes during meetings and prepare them for review and distribution.
• Utilize pre-existing templates to draft and finalize administrative documents.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries with attention to detail.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and managing front-desk operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency in handling digital signature platforms such as DocuSign.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with answering inbound calls and providing receptionist services.
• Ability to take clear and comprehensive meeting notes.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
• Legal, Adobe, or Docusign experience is a plus.
