Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Receive incoming shipments, unload delivery trucks, and verify that the quantity and type of delivered goods match purchase orders or invoices.

• Stocking & Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined inventory and slotting procedures.

• Order Picking & Packing: Efficiently pull customer orders using pick sheets or RF scanners, pack items securely in boxes or containers, and prepare them for shipment.

• Shipping & Loading: Generate shipping labels, weigh packages, wrap pallets, and load outgoing products onto delivery trucks or shipping containers.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).

• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect both incoming and outgoing products for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and immediately report findings to supervisors.

• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by sweeping floors, discarding trash, and strictly following all OSHA and safety protocols.

The essential functions of this role include:
