Forklift Operator - Order Picker / Reach / Sit-Down

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Operator (Order Picker / Reach / Sit-Down) for our client in Monroe Township, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
• Saturdays required
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 - $19 / hour 

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Order Picker / Reach / Sit-Down) to support warehouse operations in Monroe Township, NJ. This role involves operating multiple types of equipment—including order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts—while also assisting with general warehouse tasks across different departments. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Order Picker (Cherry Picker), Reach Truck, and Sit-Down (Propane) forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move, load, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders using warehouse equipment
• Assist in various departments as needed (not limited to forklift operation)
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support overall warehouse operations and team productivity.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• At least 3 years of prior experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down forklifts required
• Ability to work in multiple departments and perform general warehouse duties
• Basic English communication skills required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass an equipment test (test drive)
• Must complete an interview with the hiring manager
• Strong attention to safety and detail
