Setting: 30-bed Level III NICU Average Daily Census (ADC): 17 400+ NICU Admissions Annually Schedule: Mix of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts Rotating, team-based coverage model Core Responsibilities: Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU Utilize advanced therapies including: High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV) Nitric Oxide Therapy Therapeutic Hypothermia Collaborate within a multidisciplinary perinatal team Mentor and teach medical students, Family Medicine residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal practice Team Structure: Join a collaborative group of 7 Neonatologists Strong support from OB, Pediatric, and NICU nursing teams Regional center setting with a focus on family-centered care Benefits Overview: ????
