Sales Executive

Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals in a specific geographic territory. Other key responsibilities include: identifying and targeting new customers, implementing vertical market strategies, engaging in community business events, and selling NFI's portfolio of supply chain solutions. Responsibilities:

• Generate new account business
• Sell to senior supply chain executives
• Develop and close sales leads
• Develop and deliver customer presentations
• Retain and grow existing customer base
• Negotiate contract terms, contract structure and product lines
• Develop proposals and build customer solutions
• Partner and collaborate with Operations and Engineering groups
• Manage key administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree required
• 5 or more years of successful sales experience with a proven winning track record for developing new business and expanding business base
• Proficient in relationship building throughout clients to include C-level executives
• Strong analytical skills – ability to assess, design and sell a given solution
• Previous temperature-controlled Supply Chain, Warehouse or Transportation industry knowledge required
• Ability to market and sell complex integrated supply chain solutions
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with corporate level staff
• Strong general business acumen and maturity
• 80% travel

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,000-93,0000. This position is also eligible for a commission incentive. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
