What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A genuine passion for helping children with autism.

• Patience, empathy, and a positive, calm approach in challenging situations.

• Reliable transportation and readiness to travel locally for sessions.

• Commitment to complete the 40-hour RBT certification (fully supported by us).

• Availability for a minimum 6-month commitment.

The Essentials

• Independence in executing sessions—with full guidance and team support.

• Education, early childhood development, childcare, or youth mentoring.
