What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep common areas clean and welcoming (pick up trash, sweep, wipe down surfaces)
- Help maintain curb appeal of the property (leaf blowing, pressure washing, etc.)
- Assist with light painting, bulb replacements, and minor touch-up work
- Move or remove bulk items as needed (furniture, appliances, etc.)
- Deliver flyers or notices to residents
- Support the maintenance team and property staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Friendly attitude and a team-player mindset
- No experience necessary — we’ll train the right candidates!
