Job Title: 3rd Shift Forklift / Clamp Truck Operator

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Operate forklift, clamp truck, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
-Load and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect materials, and stage products for manufacturing, quality control, and shipping.
-Pick, prepare, package, and stage finished products for customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
-Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to all company SOPs, GMPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

-Previous experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment.
-Ability to accurately count, inspect, weigh, and verify materials and finished products.
-Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production environment.
-Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely while following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Forklift and/or clamp truck certification.
-Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing or packaging environments.

Compensation & Benefits

-Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
-3rd Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour
