Inpatient Pharmacist, top area hospital, 800am to 400pm shift
Operational Pharmacist...
1+ year minimum hospital pharmacist experience required...
Recent hospital experience required...
NJ State Pharmacist License required...
RTO required at time of submission...
EOW required...
Primarily day shift, but some evening shift based on need/shift coverage
Every other weekend required...
No on call...
Holidays required (1–2 based on contract length)...
Experience with Pyxis and carousel technology preferred but not required...
Epic charting experience required
Must be fully vaccinated to include COVID booster...
No floating required...
Operational – Reviews, verifies, and dispenses medication orders; prepares sterile and hazardous medications per USP standards; manages controlled substances; completes medication histories, reconciliation, and patient education...
Clinical – Performs clinical interventions, monitors therapy for optimal outcomes, and provides drug information to healthcare teams and patients...
