Customer Service Opportunity! Fantastic Team & Leadership! Long Term /Temp to Hire

REMOTE - Candidate must reside in New Jersey/Tri State Area due to the potential of a Hybrid work schedule change.

The successful candidate will bring prior CSR experience in a Corporate setting, a strong Team Spirit, Solid technical skills; Excel, Outlook, SAP, Pharmaceutical industry experience A+ and a willingness to learn and grow!

  • Process orders received via phone, email, and fax from customers and sales representatives.
  • Determine inventory availability and plan & coordinate product shipments based on customer priority and urgency.
  • Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries ranging from simple to complex, including requests for order status information on orders received via phone, email, fax, EDI, or Web.
  • Research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failures, disputed invoices, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Process returns, credits, and debit adjustments
  • Inform sales representatives of important issues affecting their accounts (credit holds, limited product availability, etc.)
  • Coordinate paperwork and workflow associated with customer orders, special requests, and exceptions.
  • Follow established policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of company products and services offered
  • Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams
  • Participate on projects and take ownership of special program areas within customer service as assigned.
  • Required to have the ability to work from home remotely. Computer and phone equipment will be provided by the client (excluding internet access)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or GED required with some college preferred
  • Excellent language skills and the ability to interact effectively via telephone
  • 2+ years of client service experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and consistency
