- Hands-On Machine Setup and Operation Skills

- Ability to use Axis system for product entry
- Must be able to read and interpret work orders, use simple math, and use basic hand held and measuring tools.
- Must have competent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with others and comprehend work instructions.
- Basic computer skills required to use keyboard to open appropriate screens, enter data, save and print tags and production sheets; also have t know how to scan and save documents.
- Be an effective team player as well as an independent worker. Occasionally assist in training of individuals in the machining process.
- Ability to complete general machine maintenance checklist.
