Commercial Insurance Producer - Commercial Insurance Business Entity - Base Salary to 140k/year - Bridgewater, NJ

• Our client is a global consulting firm that has a US presence with the corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ. They are looking to expand their services and want to bring on a Commercial Insurance Producer (internally titled Vice President of Insurance) that will serve their 220-250 clients across the US in understanding insurance needs.
• The Commercial Insurance Producer will focus in a producer setting with a goal of most likely having 1 or 2 people work under them down the road. Our client has built a great reputation with its repeat clients. This is a great opportunity for a producer that is looking to grow their own practice but with backing.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, providing expert guidance and fostering trusted advisor relationships.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Lead efforts to expand the division’s client base, both within existing markets and into new sectors.
• Address complex client challenges and resolve escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding the division’s market presence and portfolio of clients.
• Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote UBT Protect products.
• Oversee the development of tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful teams.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and team members.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 110k - 140k/year range
• Benefits and 401k option
