- Location: On site in Greater Philadelphia, PA / South Jersey, NJ area
- Fulltime permanent staff role
Our client, a boutique architectural practice recognized for delivering thoughtful, design-driven solutions across diverse commercial and cultural projects is seeking to add an Architectural Project Manager to the team to oversee and manage projects from design through construction. This role blends design leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing all phases of the architectural process within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate and mentor project team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Review and produce design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and details.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend client presentations, planning board hearings, and site meetings.
- Contribute to the studio’s collaborative culture by supporting design exploration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
- Approximately ten (10) or more+ years of architectural experience**, with at least 3 years in project management capacity
- Architectural license (RA / AIA)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; SketchUp or Rhino a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, codes, and permitting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a team oriented, hands-on environment
