Parts Associate/ Specialist
Parts Associate/Specialist Description of the role: Quality Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate/Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various parts-related activities, including inventory management, customer service, and order processing. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and cataloging parts inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
- Prior experience in an automotive parts role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts management software
