US Region Sales Manager
The Region Sales Manager at Nanox plays a pivotal role in embedding Nanox within key healthcare accounts and systems across the United States. The sales leader will play a pivotal role in embedding our client within key healthcare accounts and systems across the United States. This position is a hybrid of Key Account and sales leadership requiring advanced clinical and customer knowledge. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals to execute clinical education strategies and drive brand awareness and adoption of Nanox’ imaging solutions. This is an opportunity to significantly shape and pioneer a business strategy from its inception.
We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded professionals to help us build the bridge as we walk across it.
Initially you will drive sales of Nanox’ imaging solutions across your assigned region. Orthopedic, Podiatric, Chiropractic, Radiology Imaging Centers, and large group physician’s practices will be your target. As the need grows, you will then have the opportunity to hire a team of Key Account Managers to help drive sales.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a territory and region marketing plan.
- Execute in-person visits to physician offices to introduce the Nanox.ARC and provide educational information on the technology and clinical applications.
- Provide clients with key messages and talking points to effectively explain and promote the technology to their staff and patients.
- Adapt strategies to support corporate launch preparations and navigate market dynamics.
- Recommend, prioritize, manage and execute investment in educational programs and venues to support business objectives.
- Plan and execute engagements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at local, regional, and national conferences, as well as field visits, in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multiple Nanox stakeholders to align and execute strategic initiatives that advance business objectives.
- Identify, profile, and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within assigned region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute business plans and support Commercial team objectives.
- Requirement for attendance at trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Experience in developing and executing exhibition strategies, including setting KPIs.
- Maintain detailed account and contact records within CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to corporate budgets and schedules, incorporating regulatory and legal compliance into daily activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS or equivalent healthcare degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in imaging, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical industries, with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and imaging marketplace.
- Proven ability to access and influence C/D-Suite level customers.
- Strong collaboration skills with a history of success in matrixed environments.
- Expertise in negotiation, partnering, and influencing external strategic partners.
- Experience with successful product launches; startup experience preferred.
- Technologically adept with proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive business results.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays and occasional weekends, as needed.
