Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of school-based documentation and IEP compliance is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students within ESY programming
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and interventions aligned with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation adhering to state and district requirements
• Utilize creative strategies to engage learners in a supportive, encouraging environment
