YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CO-PRODUCING SALES LEADER

This full‑time role follows a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, with night and weekend availability as needed.

As our Co-Producing Sales Leader, you'll lead your sales team by example, spending your days coaching 1:1, guiding KPIs, and actively engaging homeowners with confidence and care. You'll build relationships, strengthen team performance, and stay hands‑on in the field, ensuring your team feels supported, inspired, and empowered.
