Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Sanitation Technicians to join our Service Team in the Newark, NJ area. In this role, you will provide exceptional washroom hygiene services to our customers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Duties and Responsibilities
• Deliver and collect hygiene and washroom products at customer sites.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and bin liners.
• Service feminine hygiene receptacles, including replacing liners, sanitizing, and disposing of waste.
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites is functioning properly.
• Track and review work routes daily with the manager.
• Document and meet specific customer needs in the field.
• Record all work activities using a company-provided smartphone device.
• Perform power washing in customer restrooms using specialized equipment.
• Act as a professional representative of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a formal background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (carts and assistance provided).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.

Job Details
• Location: Newark, NJ (including Newark Airport) and surrounding areas.
• Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (40 hours/week).
• Three roles: 9pm-7am or 10pm-6am (two roles include weekends + two weekdays).
• One role: 7am-5pm (day shift).
• Start Date: Immediate (4 positions available and there could potentially be up to 6).
• Pay: Starting at $25/hour.

Additional Information
