Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Benz The Lender, located in Roselle, NJ. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for collecting and reviewing loan applications, verifying the accuracy of borrower information, communicating with borrowers, underwriters, and other third parties, and ensuring that all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulations. Additional tasks include updating loan status, preparing loan files for closing, and addressing any issues that may arise during the loan process.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loan processing, loan verification, and loan documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and requirements in the mortgage industry
• Proficiency with mortgage loan software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have transportation

Compensation:

$55,000 base salary plus incentives and performance-based bonuses
