ATM Lead Installer

Shields Business Solutions, Inc. the largest independent ATM Installation and Service Company in NJ and Eastern PA is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to handle all construction related material ordering, installing and coordinating for the installation of various types of banking equipment including ATMs, safes and vaults. The candidate must be available Monday through Friday from 7:00am 3:30pm with occasional overtime required.

Qualifications required:

• High school diploma
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals both inside and outside of the company
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and vendors
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group

Qualifications desired:

• Truck Driving experience a plus
• Warehouse experience a plus
• Operation of lift gates and pallet jacks
• Proficient understanding of rigging
• Proficient in carpentry, electrical and masonry
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Ability to use standard power and hand tools
• Problem solving skills
• Documentation skills

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Lead team on site at customer location
• Handle all facets of install ancillaries including but not limited to: Supply ordering, gathering, preparing
• Perform physical site surveys with completion of all necessary documentation, photographs, and drawings
• Confirm all materials prior to schedule date including: Surrounds, Sign Boxes, Lighting, Waste Receptacles, etc.
• Prepare equipment for delivery / removal as applicable
• Ensure proper loading and securing of equipment for transportation
• Complete installation / deinstallation of equipment as scheduled
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues pertaining to job tasks
• Lead and complete building maintenance projects as needed
• Train Installer, Assistants, Drivers on equipment movement and associated tasks
• Daily completion and submission of all required paperwork
• Other duties as required

Physical demands and work environment:

• Physical demands: Ability to lift, push, pull and move at least 50 lbs., consistently stand, walk, kneel, crouch for long periods of time.
• Work Environment: Includes both an indoor office environment and a warehouse environment. Periods of exposure to extreme temperatures are expected.

Performance Standards:

• Required to work a standard 40-hour work week and over-time as needed including occasional weekends
• Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and employee
