SUMMARY
The Production Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position ensures accurate documentation, efficient label generation, and seamless coordination across departments. It is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and production-related data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and print finished goods labels accurately and in a timely manner
• Create and distribute stock labels and work-in-progress labels to support production flow
• Generate and manage GHS labels for both inventory and completed products
• Produce pre-production label strings to align with scheduling requirements
• Monitor label printing materials and proactively track supply levels to avoid disruptions
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for the production team
• Perform data entry and general administrative support for manufacturing operations
• Assist with documentation management to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth communication and workflow

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong overall computer skills with experience navigating ERP systems
• Familiarity with product codes, SKUs, and lot tracking preferred
• Ability to maintain organized documentation and accurate records
• Able to meet standard office-related physical requirements
