PART-TIME FLOATING SECRETARY

Part-time floating secretary/receptionist for busy 55+ community. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 am - 2 pm. No breaks, paid, earned sick leave. No other benefits. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Bookkeeping and customer service knowledge a plus. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Answering busy phones and directing them to appropriate department
*Assisting residents and others at the window
*Creating and entering information on spreadsheets
*Will be cross-trained in all job areas (i.e., applications for membership, resales, maintenance projects, etc.)
*Assisting all staff as required
Office is small and very busy. Need someone reliable, dependable, is a team player and learns quickly. Knowledge of Enumerate Central a ++.
