Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Summary:Join a fast-growing Middlesex County, New Jersey building materials company known for reliability and customer-first service. Be part of a collaborative team supporting a high-performance, just-in-time delivery model. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*Generate new and repeat sales by providing product knowledge, quotes, and solutions to meet customer needs
*Process orders, returns, and quotes accurately while ensuring product availability and on-time delivery
*Grow revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and proactive customer engagement
*Partner with outside sales, vendors, and internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and order profitability Required Skills & Experience:
*High School Diploma or GED plus 2+ years of inside sales or related experience
*Strong communication skills with ability to handle customer inquiries and build relationships
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (high-volume data entry required)
*Solid math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills & Experience:
*Experience in building materials, distribution, or industrial product sales
*Familiarity with Vantage or similar ERP systems Compensation:
