$128k- $140k annually
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Andover NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking, alternative healthcare-minded Nurse Practitioner in an integrated rehab facility. Specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, we also provide IV nutrition drips, Regen Med, Allergy testing, and alternative solutions for the treatment of Neuropathy. The NP candidate will be responsible for medical direction, oversight, and direct patient care for the facility. Must be interested and passionate about natural healthcare and the pursuit of natural solutions to chronic conditions. Candidate should be an energetic, positive, and organized people person who can combine clinical skills with genuine concern and empathy for the patients. The applicant will act as a portal of entry for all patients and participate in team meetings where individual health plans are devised and reviewed with input from other providers such as Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Medical Assistants.
Duties:
• Patient exams|consultations- (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records|imaging|reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate diagnostic tests|imaging|records (allergy and functional testing)
• Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions and treatment plan formulation
• Supervision of rehabilitative therapies and care and ordering of DME
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and pre and post care guidelines
• Treatments to include IV nutrition drips and injections
• Regular progress checks on patients for treatment compliance, improvements, and|or adjustments of care
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Assist in the direction of the management of the patient's care
• Participate in team meetings where individual health plans are devised, review input from all other providers and collaborate care plans for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
• Experience or familiarity in regen med, trigger and joint injections, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and chiropractic is a plus
Schedule:
• Full time or Part time
Salary:
• $62-$68 per hour (DOE)=$128k- $140k annually
