This is a commission only position. The candidate is eligible to earn bonuses for sales performance. Suplement your current outside sales role with this awesome opportunity. Voda Sales Representative's are focused on commercial business entities. The Sales Representative will pursue accounts within territory selling Voda's floor cleaning service and just in time, emergency water damage restoration services. Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange planned meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision makers, ultimately resulting in referrals for customers requiring our restoration services or recurring cleaning contracts. The primary focus of this role is to proactively engage with new prospects through cold calling and in-person visits, serving as the " face of Voda" and a dedicated road warrior. Acting as a hunter, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. This position requires daily visits to 5-10 new clients at their workplaces and making 20-30 cold calls to schedule appointments and develop a strong sales pipeline. Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities .
- Close business and generate revenue
- Set Appointments with Commercial entities
- Meet or exceed sales quota.
- Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Maintain customer contact database.
- Maintain phone, e-mail and in-person contact with existing customers.
- Represent Voda Cleaning & Restoration at networking group events.
- Make group presentations to prospective organizations.
- Consistent, effective involvement in trades and other related associations.

- Experience:
- 1-3 years of relationship-based sales experience, preferably engaging with Plumbers, Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, Insurance Brokers and Agents, etc.
- Education:
- Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field (bachelors degree preferred).
- Skills:
- Relationship Selling Expertise: Deep understanding of relationship-driven sales and the ability to differentiate value effectively.
- Market Insight: Strong knowledge of customer markets and challenges, with the ability to tailor selling strategies to meet specific needs
- Analytical Skills: Strong math aptitude to estimate revenue potential, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Technical Competence: Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with CRM tools like HubSpot and Workiz to manage and streamline sales processes.
