Mission of the Position The Client Service Associate supports the Client Advisor team with day-to-day client needs and requests. Top Accountabilities
- Works with the advisor and analyst to prioritize and execute all client related tasks and requests.
- Populates and processes documentation for client onboarding, investments, and other account maintenance.
- Tracks, enters, and reconciles investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting provider through monitoring daily activity reports.
- Interacts with third party service providers (i.e. outside custodians, reporting providers, and other advisors).
- Maintains client confidentiality and assists in identifying potentially fraudulent activity.
- Acts as a liaison with tax professionals during tax season.
- Initiates and executes all money movements for investments and client liquidity needs.
- Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0 - 3 years of working experience.
- Experience with programs including DocuSign; Adobe (PDF) Writer; Salesforce; Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Planner, and Word.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
