Tax Compliance Analyst

- Contract Role: 3 months, possibility of extension
- Pay: $35-40/hr on W2 (No C2C)
- Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite, standard 40-hour work week M-F
- Prepare sales and use tax returns
- Prepare monthly sales and use tax journal entries, reconciliations, and working papers for General Ledger tax account balances
- Ensure tax compliance in all state and local jurisdictions in the US
- Respond to state and local tax notices and inquires
- Research tax issues
- Business Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of tax compliance experience
- Familiar with general accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
- Experience with SAP or similar large ERP system
- Experience with Taxware or other tax compliance software is required
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
