Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Phillipsburg, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems and skilled PT treatment planning preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patient population and restorative programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
