We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help maintain our financial health and ensure our team members are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts using QuickBooks.
• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Ensure tax filings and compliance requirements are up to date.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Payroll experience required — knowledge of payroll platforms like Gusto, ADP, or Paychex is a plus.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
