Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls with professionalism and confidence to introduce products/services and identify customer needs.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships through excellent service and consistent communication.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, ideally within a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing sales via phone
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.
