Job Summary:
The Pickleball Guest Services Associate is a part-time role and is key in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our pickleball members and guests. As the face of the JCC’s outdoor pickleball program, you will be responsible for welcoming players, managing check-in and court reservations, addressing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our courts.

- Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival utilizing our CRM system
- Assist with court reservations and scheduling inquiries via our CRM system
- Provide accurate and helpful information about pickleball programming and facility usage
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players
- Support the daily operations of the outdoor courts, including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
- Monitor court usage and ensure adherence to facility policies and etiquette
- Ensure time limitations based on member category are communicated to our member base
- Act as a liaison between players and the Fitness & Wellness department, communicating feedback or concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain a consistent presence during scheduled shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Access CRM system to monitor and control reservations and bookings
Required Licenses/ Certificates/Registrations:
- CPR, First Aid and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
Additional Technical Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for creating a positive member experience
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in customer service, recreation, or sports environments preferred
- Enthusiasm for pickleball is a plus!
- Microsoft office suite and CRM experience preferred.
