The Manufacturing Project Manager oversees all aspects of client production projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that every project is executed with precision — meeting quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating between departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with formulation, production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee ordering of raw materials, packaging, and components based on project requirements.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the production process.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Bellus Labs’ high standards for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and shipping teams to align materials and deliveries with production schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing or a related field (cosmetics or CPG preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in scheduling and project tracking tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
