Chef
We are seeking a Chef to oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu oversight, food quality control and inventory management. You will ensure that every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, brand-consistency, and speed to table while thriving in a fast-paced, evening-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide menu suggestions and development in alignment with our concept
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency, excellence, and visual appeal.
Lead the kitchen team: assign duties, train new hires, mentor line cooks and support staff.
Manage inventory, order supplies, monitor food cost and waste, ensure budget compliance.
Ensure operational readiness for service: prep lists, station setup, timely execution, coordination with front of house.
Uphold all health, safety and sanitation standards; ensure kitchen equipment maintenance and compliance with regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, professional kitchen environment with high morale and teamwork.
Continuously explore culinary trends, seasonal ingredients and guest preferences to keep the menu fresh and engaging.
Minimum of [ 5 ] years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in upscale dining or live-entertainment venue settings.
Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen team with strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Solid culinary knowledge and experience: menu development, food preparation, plating, production workflow.
Proven track-record of managing food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Excellent sense of taste, presentation, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evening-driven environment (nights, weekends, special events).
Familiarity with health & safety regulations, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards.
A creative mindset, with the ability to innovate dishes while keeping operational practicality in mind.
- ServSafe certified
Experience working in hospitality venues with live entertainment or event programming.
Prior experience in menu design for beverage-centric environments (pairing with cocktails).
Knowledge of local/regional suppliers, and seasonal ingredients
