Dealership Valet Manager

DealerFLEX is seeking a service-oriented Dealership Valet Manager to oversee operations at one of the top automotive dealerships in Princeton, NJ. If you have supervisory experience in the automotive industry and thrive in a leadership role, we want to hear from you!

• Lead & manage the Service Drive Team – onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
• Ensure operational excellence – maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
• Drive safety & compliance – conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
• Build strong client relationships – establish regular meetings with dealership management
• Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
• Develop future leaders – mentor employees and identify management potential

• Leadership experience – previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills – ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients
• Problem-solving mindset – quick thinking and ability to resolve challenges efficiently
• Detail-oriented – ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
• Valid driver’s license – with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to weather conditions
